Group exhibition – Open call
Hope as a concept seems to be both completely absurd and full of stereotypes. Still, we need hope more than anything in today’s world. We need hope to imagine a better future. We strongly believe that we as artists, gallery spaces and museums are the ones to deliver that feeling of hope. More so we are obliged to provide that. Even if it’s just a brief escape from reality.
We want to encourage our visitors to dare to escape, to let go – at least for a moment. We believe that – in the end – art fuels hope. We want our audience to experience art in all its forms. Be it essays or poetry, photography or video, installations or paintings, performance or sound. Whatever way you want to express hope.
what we need:
– open to all kinds of art
– short written concept including your take on hope (5-1000 words)
– visual concept/sketch/photographs/etc.
